Good day Roubler User
Why am I seeing this error?
If you're trying to complete your Roubler onboarding but see an error message saying "The invitation has already been accepted," it could be because:
- You’re using someone else’s device (phone or computer), and they are still logged into Roubler.
- There’s a problem with your username from trying to log in more than once.
Fix 1: If You're Using Someone Else’s Device
Try one of these solutions:
- Ask the device owner to log out of Roubler, then try again.
- Open an incognito (private) browser window, which won’t use someone else’s login.
- How? On most browsers, click the menu (three dots) and choose "New Incognito Window" or "New Private Window."
- Use a different browser. If you’re on Google Chrome, try opening the onboarding link in Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
Fix 2: If There's a Problem With Your Username
If none of the above works, your username might be disconnected from your Roubler profile.
This means:
- The system thinks you have already onboarded.
- But it can’t link your username to your profile and information.
What should I do?
-
Find the Roubler Administrator in Your Company:
- This person is usually in the HR or Payroll department.
- If you're not sure who it is, ask your manager to help you find them.
