Good day Roubler User
What happened?
You started your Roubler onboarding, created a username and password, and began filling in your details. But for some reason, you had to stop before finishing.
Since you already set up your username and password, your account exists but is not activated yet.
How to Continue Your Onboarding
Step 1: Find Your Onboarding Email
You need to open the Roubler onboarding email and click:
"Click here to create your account."
Can’t find the email?
No problem!
First go to the website: app.roubler.com and put in the username and password you set when you first started your Roubler onboarding.
If that does not work please ask your company's Roubler administrator to resend it.

Step 2: Log in With Your Existing Account
When you see the onboarding screen again, make sure to click:
🔘 "Use an existing account"
Then, enter the same username and password you created earlier.
What If You Forgot Your Login Details?
Forgot your username?
Ask your Roubler administrator to check it for you.

If this does not fix the issue

Find the Roubler Administrator in Your Company:
- This person is usually in the HR or Payroll department.
- If you're not sure who it is, ask your manager to help you find them.
