Good day Roubler User
To use the Roubler app or website, you must first complete your onboarding.
During this process, you will:
✅ Create a username and password to log in.
✅ Fill in the required details your employer needs.
Step 1: Find Your Onboarding Email
You need to open the Roubler onboarding email and click:
"Click here to create your account."
Can’t find the email?
No problem! Ask your company's Roubler administrator to resend it.

Step 2: Create Your Account
A new page will open. click:
🔘 "Create a new account."
Step 3: Set Up Your Username and Password
You will now see a screen where you can create your username and password.
💡 Important tips:
✅ Use your personal email as your username.
❌ Avoid using a work email—if you leave the company, you may lose access to important documents like payslips.
Make sure to remember your username and password, as you will need them to log in later!
Step 4: Complete Your Onboarding Details
Once your account is set up, you will need to enter your details. This includes:
📌 Personal information (name, address, etc.)
📌 Emergency contact details
📌 Agreeing to company policies (reading & signing documents)
✅ Make sure you:
- Fill in all required fields
- Tick all consent checkboxes
- Sign where needed
💻 Tip: We recommend completing this on a laptop or computer rather than a mobile phone. A bigger screen makes it easier to see all sections.
If this does not fix the issue

Find the Roubler Administrator in Your Company:
- This person is usually in the HR or Payroll department.
- If you're not sure who it is, ask your manager to help you find them.
