Good day Roubler User
You may be attempting to login to Roubler, but the app does not load.
You have entered your username and password correctly but you get stuck on a screen saying "Hold tight while we load your profile"
The screen may look like this:
This is usually caused by some old data that your phone has stored for the Roubler app that needs to be cleared out.
Here is how to fix the issue:
For Android Users:
- Please can you go to Settings on your phone and go to Apps.
- Open the Roubler app please, and scroll down to the until you see "Storage".
- When you click on Storage, please select both "Clear data" and "Clear Cache" at the bottom of the screen
For iPhone Users:

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Scroll to find and select the app

Tap Offload App and confirm
If this does not fix the issue

Find the Roubler Administrator in Your Company:
- This person is usually in the HR or Payroll department.
- If you're not sure who it is, ask your manager to help you find them.
