Dear Roubler Administrator,
If a user is experiencing login issues and encounters an error message stating:
"Oh no! What happened? Unauthorized"
This error typically indicates a problem with the user's permission group settings.
Cause: The permission group assigned to the user may be missing critical permissions such as:

View own Employee Profile
-
View Basic Employee Information
Steps to Check and Resolve:
1 - Check the User’s Permission Group

Navigate to Management >> Employees.

Search for the employee experiencing the issue and click the pencil icon to edit their details.

Scroll down to the Location Access section and note the assigned permission group(s).
2 - Verify the Permissions in the Group

Go to Management >> Settings >> Manage Permissions.

Find the relevant permission group and click the pencil icon to edit.
- A list of all permissions in that group will be displayed.
3 - Search for the Required Permissions

Use Ctrl + F (or Cmd + F on Mac) to quickly search for:

View own Employee Profile
-
View Basic Employee Information
-

4 - Add Missing Permissions
-

If either permission is missing, add it to the group.

Ask the user to attempt logging in again.

If the Permissions Are Present If both permissions are correctly assigned and the issue persists, please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.
-
The affected user’s full name.
-
A brief description indicating that the user is receiving the "Unauthorized" error.

Confirmation that you have checked the permission group and found the required permissions present.
