Dear Roubler Administrator,
If a User encounters an error when attempting to log in, it may be due to incorrect or missing location access. This guide outlines how to identify and resolve location access issues.
The error screens related to Employee locations will look like this
Mobile app:
Desktop login/ Roubler Web
To check that the User has the required location access follow the below steps:
Open the Employee profile and click on the "Location access" Tab on the left
In the below setup, the user will not be able to login because they do not have Location access to their primary location
The Employee needs to have location access to their Primary location
If this does not fix the issue
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user is receiving an error message when logging in

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue with that
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
