Dear Roubler Administrator,
When you add new users to your Roubler account, it is possible that the Users will start the onboarding and exit without fully completing the onboarding process
They will not be able to login to Roubler until their onboarding is complete.
To check if the Employee still needs to complete their onboarding please follow these steps:
- Go to Management >> Employees:
- Add the "Permission Group" Column to the Employee screen:
Search for the Employee on the Employee screen.
If the Permission group is "Onboarding", this means that the Employee has started but has not finished their onboarding. Their Roubler profile is not active yet and they will not be able to login

If this does not fix the issue
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user is receiving an error message when logging in

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue with that
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
