Dear Roubler Administrator,
Should you need to re-send an Employee their Roubler onboarding invite, you can do this by:
- Go to Management >> Employees
- Locate the Employee and then clock on the black envelope
You will then be asked to confirm or adjust the email address the invite will be sent to.
When the correct email address is entered, click on "Invite"
If this does not fix the issue or you have any difficulty with this:
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user requires a new invite email, but you arenot able to

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue with that
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
