Dear Roubler Administrator,
If a User encounters an error when attempting to log in, it may be because they do not have a Primary location setup. In most cases, the Primary location is the PayPoint that will be used in Payroll
This guide outlines how to identify and resolve Primary location issues.
The related error screens will look like this

To check if the Employee has a Primary location, please follow these steps
Open the Employee profile and click on the "Location access" Tab on the left.
Take note of the Primary location:
If there is no Primary location set, this was the issue. Set the User's primary location.
The User should now be able to log into Roubler.
If this does not fix the issue
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user is receiving an error message when logging in

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue.
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
