Good day Company Admin
If an Employee wants to confirm their username on the system, we suggest that you first ensure confirm they are who they say they are. You do not want to give out a Username to anyone else besides the person who that username belongs to.
Please note that a User's Email address is not necessarily their username. In most situations it is but emails and usernames are managed separately and independently.
Here is how to to check and update a User's Username:
Go to the Employees record
Click on the setting tab and then click on "Update Login Username"
You will now be able to see the User's Username:
If you need to change the username, please set the new username and clock on "Update"
You can tell if the username has not been set if you open the settings tab and only see the "View Login Username" option rather than the "Update Login Username"
If this does not fix the issue
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user is receiving an error message when logging in

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue.
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
