Good day Roubler Administrators
Important: A username can only be linked to one profile in a company
Roubler does not allow the same username to be associated with multiple profiles. Before creating a new profile for a user, you must first update the username in the old profile to free it up for use in the new one.
Steps to Update the Username in the Old Profile
- Open the old profile of the user.
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- Select "Update Username and Password".
- Copy the existing username.
- Paste it into the New Login Username field and add "term_" at the beginning (e.g., if the current username is "johndoe", change it to "term_johndoe").
Click "Update" to save the changes.
Once you have updated the old profile’s username, you can proceed with creating the new profile using the original username.
