Dear Roubler Administrator,
If a User needs to reset their password, we generally encourage the User themselves to reset their own password.
You can send them this link that will show them what to do:

But if they are struggling and you would like to reset their password yourself, here are the steps to follow:
1 - Go to the Employee screen:
2 - Find the User and click on the Edit pencil:
3 - Click on the "Settings" tab and then "Reset Password":
4 - Click on "Reset Password"
A new password will generate and show on the screen:
Please copy the new password and send it to the User.
If this does not fix the issue
Please email support@Roubler.com with the following information:

Your name and company.

The affected user’s full name.

A brief description indicating that the user is receiving an error message when logging in

Include a screen shot if possible.

Confirmation that you have checked the Location access and could not see an issue.
Roubler Support will further investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
