Good day Roubler Administrator
Issue
Users may be unable to log in to the Roubler system because their username is linked to a deleted profile.
How to Identify and Resolve the Issue
1. Find Deleted Profiles

- Navigate to:
Management >> Settings >> Restore Employees
- Navigate to:
- This menu will display all deleted employees.
2. Restore the Employee Profile
- Before restoring, copy the Employee ID to easily locate the profile later.
- Click Restore to reactivate the profile.
3. Locate the Restored Profile
- Go to the Employee screen.
- Ensure the Employee ID column is visible.
- Search for the copied Employee ID and open the profile.
4. Check the Username
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- Select "Update Login Details" to view the current username.
- If this matches the username the user is trying to log in with, it confirms they are using a username from a deleted profile.
Next Steps

Decide Whether to Keep or Delete the Profile
- If the profile should remain active, the user can now log in.
- If the profile was intentionally deleted, you must transfer the username to the correct profile before deleting it again.

Transfer the Username to Another Profile
Follow the steps in this guide to disconnect a username from one profile so it can be used in another: -
Delete the Old Profile Again
- Go to the Employment Status tab.
- Click "Delete Employee" to remove the profile.
